The Harmony & Balance Healing is meant for those who are looking for healing within the body, mind & soul. Although we are still able to tap into past lives, this is more surface work targeting struggles that you are facing in this life to bring you to a more harmonious and balanced state.

The Akashic Record Reading is meant for those who have been searching for a deeper meaning to life and have already been travelling into their spirituality. If you have been working on the surface work and feel the desire to dive deeper into who you truly are and what your soul's purpose is, then this reading is meant for you!
Harmony&BalanceHealing

This healing session includes a deep dive into finding imbalances within the body, mind & soul.

We consider this reading more for surface struggles yet it still will dive deeper into past lives if they are holding you back.

In this reading and Energy Healing, Crystal is able to see, hear and feel:

  • Blockages within the Chakras, the energy centres (which can cause physical, emotional and psychological pain)

  • The state of the Inner Child, how they feel & what they need to heal

  • Current and past life trauma, if it is a struggle and is being held within the body, mind or soul

  • Emotions being stored in the physical & energetic body, the subconscious & conscious mind

  • Imbalances in the physical body such as infections, food allergies or intolerances, etc

  • Messages from guides of what is required to heal

 

Crystal then uses energy healing to eliminate these imbalances and sends the body, mind & soul healing light and love.

 

Self-care is provided to the client as well which may include a Personalized Guided Meditation very specific to your needs, healing techniques, guidance & loving support to help you along your spiritual journey.

The Akashi Records is a safe place in the
8th dimension where Masters, Teachers and loved ones hold the archives to our soul’s story and journey. This is a safe place where we can communicate with them to finds answers to questions regarding deep wounds, limiting beliefs, past life experiences that have been recurring and need to be released for deeper healing, recurring relationships and how to break cycles of pain, our ancestral lines and how they affect us now and how they can help us.
These are just some of the information released within the records. It is limitless learning, growing and healing within the records. 

Energy healing is also offered within the records and within help of the Masters, Teachers and loved ones, it is a deeper healing to promote permanent healing. 

The Akashic records are meant for those who have been feeling a deep need to understand themselves and the world around them and that are ready to heal on a deeper level.

Prior to my Akashic Records session with Crystal, I spent a considerable amount of time reflecting on my current state. Questions arose about my physical and emotional health, my soul’s purpose and past lives that may be impacting my present life. As we looked into my questions, I was struck by how the insights gleaned through the Records all came together to provide a clear picture about the origins and present day expressions of the challenges I have been experiencing. I was shown how they were all woven together to create my present life experiences. This one insight left me feeling uplifted and hopeful as I look to chart a path forward for my personal growth.  

 

During the session, I was encouraged by Crystal to ask additional questions to help clarify and deepen our inquiry. This broadened the insights that were being revealed through the Records. It was a collaborative conversation between Crystal, the masters, teachers, loved ones and myself that assisted in providing information on past lives and recurring life themes.

 

At one point in the session, a being came through and was talking about how the healing work I am doing in this lifetime is also benefiting so many of my ancestors. They are healing from their similar past life traumas as a result of the healings I am experiencing in this life. That I am here to heal and end this cycle not just for myself, but for my ancestors as well. When this information came through, my body exploded with energy and I had a deep feeling of connectedness to my ancestors. I felt their love and support for having taken on this role.   

 

Crystal is gifted in her ability to convey what she is seeing and hearing as she looks into the Records. She was able to suggest tools and techniques for me to incorporate into my daily life in order to utilize the knowledge and insights we had gained, and to integrate the learnings as I continue my healing journey.
