My Story

Crystal always had a deep desire to help people. She became a Registered Massage Therapist nine years ago and has thoroughly enjoyed her practice.

Shortly after, she felt drawn to learning about Reiki Energy Healing. She was truly amazed learning that everything holds a frequency and this is where all of the control lies within the body, the mind, the soul and the world around us.

She has always looked for deeper meaning to everything and so determined to find the answers. It was then that she began her journey into searching for her soul's purpose and she was just at the tip of the iceberg. 

She was guided into Gnosis, a self-knowledge, spiritual Psychology course that teaches you to learn who you are through meditation. This truly opened the doors to her spirituality. She realized that she had been here before and it was like picking back up where she had left off. 

She started to see her past lives in meditation and would get vivid answers and clarity on struggles or questions that led her into other deep truths about herself. 

She continued on her path and learned in many different courses and programs about the body on a deeper level. Crystal never felt a sense of being home back in Ontario and knew that she needed a drastic change. After making a huge leap moving provinces to Cochrane, Alberta, she knew that she found her home in this beautiful hallmark, peaceful & loving community. 

She started to dive even deeper into knowing who she truly was. She had been having physical symptoms that were really starting to affecting her life. She was experiencing Vertigo that really came out of nowhere that had gone away after a stressful period of losing her father to Lung Cancer that same year and her intuition started to grow stronger. In one of her own treatments, she was given the answers that she had some buried childhood memories. Being the determined person that she was, she decided to try hypnosis to uncover these memories. 

It was an unbelievable experience.

Solange at Stepping Stones uncovered memories from simply bringing her back to the first time of feeling this sickness. She was able to see where she was and how Crystal felt. Just the knowing set her free. The vertigo disappeared from her life that very day and never returned.

This is when Crystal's gifts began to surface. During her clients treatments, she started experiencing a deep knowing of the imbalances in their body, mind or soul. As time went on, the messages started to become more and more vivid. With the clients that wanted to try Energy work, Crystal was able to communicate with their Inner Child, see their current state, how they felt, what they loved to do as a child and what they needed now. She was able to see their chakras, energy centres in such detail, whether they had cement blocks or just faded, emotions stored in the body, trauma they have been through that have affected them, if there was a disconnect within the energy centres and even food allergies or intolerances, any imbalances that were affecting the client, she was able to see.

After a few deep meditations and a knowing that Crystal was a starseed, specifically connecting deeply to the Pleiadians, this created an even deeper gift of seeing Crystal's clients past lives like a movie clip, connecting it to their physical pain and how to release the pain permanently. 

She has developed a connection to her guides, Guardian Angels and helpers that have been with her for her entire life, that we are all blessed to have here guiding us. 

This journey has also led her to feeling a deep connection and to closer to God.

Fast forwarding to now, Crystal felt the Akashic Records calling her. A place in the 8th dimension that allows us to connect with the soul's story in detail. The archive of all of the soul's lives they have lived, how they relate to us now, where our limiting beliefs come from and how to release them to transform into a higher consciousness for spiritual growth and how to find our true calling, our soul's purpose. 

Crystal is so very blessed to have walked down this spiritual journey in this life. Although some of the experiences have been painful, they have created this incredible growth deep in Crystal's soul and allowed her to find her true purpose of helping others reach a spiritual awakening.
